Buying a time-share flat in Gallipoli

Time-share: “Condominium” is a very common way to buy/sell holiday homes and means a free-hold property which is owned by different householders, at different times of the year.

In this case the apartment, completely furnished, will be owned by you 10 months per annum from September to June. July and August are owned by others. Moreover annual taxes and expenses are divided among all the householders of the apartment.
For instance a free-hold flat, such as this would normally cost about € 120.000. But for 10 months it will cost € 25.000, considering that the most important holiday months in Italy are July and August and the value in those months is higher. After buying it you can resell it, if you wish, or rent it out personally or through our agency.

One of our clients says:
“This has been a deeply reassuring and happy experience. The flat exceeded my expectations and I have the confidence that the agency take care of all local formalities and expenses in a wholly transparent way; so that there are no unpleasant surprises”. Marie-France Riboulet , (Bristol-UK)
